RUBBERIZED PLASTIC COATING IS DEGRADING AND HAS BECOME TACKY AND FEELS STICKY. Tested and works well otherwise. Comes with the wireless USB receiver it was tested with. No batteries included. All buttons tested and work! Scroll works! The rubberized coating can usually be removed with rubbing alcohol and scrubbing with a mild abrasive. Noticeable cosmetic wear in plastic. Ball movement works well but doesn't feel 100% smooth. Battery cover sticker has damage.
